This refers to your letter of Nov 11, 2021 09:36:27 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for number of PDL's incarcirated form 2020-2021.

Thank you for your request dated Nov 11, 2021, 09:36:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for number of PDLs incarcerated from 2020-2021.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this office does not have the information you have requested. Moreover, this request is considered as closed since you failed to provide us update regarding our clarification within the prescribed number of days. 

Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi@southernleytestateu.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you about the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
