This pertains to your email dated 28 September 2021 regarding your request for sample current quotations or copies of previous quotations obtained by DOST-TAPI per technology for IP valuation services, PCT filing services, FTO, and IP filing services, or other legal services relevant thereto. Your request was forwarded to the Freedom of Information (FOI) on 29 September 2021 for appropriate action.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible as stated under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information, we regret to inform you that your request falls under Item No. 5(a) of Section 3 (General List of Exception), and Item Nos. 9 and 18 of Section 4 (DOST-TAPI List of Exception). Hence, your request is DENIED. We recommend that you directly contact the IP Firms instead in order to get an updated quotation.
