Dear Ms. Belarmino:

This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch received last 17 March  2022 through the eFOI portal ( with  Ticket Reference No. TAPI-28114594417. 

In your FOI request, you are requesting information where to buy the coffee moisture meter that was mentioned in our Facebook (FB) post.

The Coffee Moisture Meter is non-destructive, inexpensive, simple yet provides accurate results in determining the moisture content of green coffee beans (GCB) and parchment coffee. It was developed by Philippine Center for Postharvest Development & Mechanization (PhilMech) through the funding support of DOST-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD). 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible as stated under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information, we regret to inform you that your request is DENIED since the contact information is proactively disclosed in the same FB post.
