This refers to your request dated 05 April 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for information on research building/laboratories design requirements and standard. Since you did not provide Form F which needs your signature and should be administered under oath as required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that we are constrained to DENY your request.
