Hi I would like to request for my approved salary loan but it's not yet credited on my bank account

1. 16 days of waiting for my salary loan yet it's not yet credited on my bank account.

2. When will it be credited on my bank account?

3. Any possible way to make it faster? Because I already tried contacting sss thru emails and texts yet there's no action.
