I would like a list of policies related to Circular Economy and Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion. The Pasig city website only shows a  list of ordinances and executive orders issued in 2022. Specifically, I would like to request the following: 

List of city ordinances related to Persons with Disabilities 
List of city ordinances related to Environment/ Solid Waste Management. 
List of city ordinances orders related to Gender and Development
