I'm a fourth-year student at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) pursuing Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy. Currently, we are proposing to undertake a study addressing TAPAT Program. 

With this, I'd like to request information regarding:
1. Batch 1 TAPAT Program beneficiaries and the barangays in which they reside.

Dear Ms. De Castro

We write in response to Freedom of Information Request on Pasig TAPAT with Report No. USAP-2022-0236 / #USAP-342047150739. While interest in the Pasig TAPAT Program is appreciated, the team is bound by Republic Act No. 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012. The city government cannot provide personal information such as names and addresses of TAPAT beneficiaries.

Is this request offensive?
