Hello. 

We are occupying a unit in AIC BET located at 1908 ADB Avenue corner Garnet Road. We have requested a copy of the building's latest occupancy and business permits (of the building association) but the admin has failed to provide these despite several follow ups.

We would like to request for a copy of their permits from 2019 to present, if available. If they are not complying with LGU licensing rules, we hope we can be given a letter stating that they have not been filing their permits and for which years.

Does this also mean that they have been issued a Fire Safety Inspection Clearance since 2015?
