Hi Ma'am Jam!

We would like to request documents that will prove the land property of "University of Southeastern Philippines" has change its name from "Davao School of Arts and Trades" before. Since the property's land title is still under the "Davao School Arts and Trades".

This request is one of the requirements in processing of Building Permit for the on-going project "Completion of SAeC Building" and for the application of Locational Clearance.

Thank you for your request dated May 28, 2021 11:48:54 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Documents to prove that the land property of USeP has been changed from Davao School of Arts and Trade.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The transfer of the name from Davao School of Arts and Trades (DSAT) to the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) is currently being work-out by the Office of Legal Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Administration.
