May 28, 2021 Dear Jinkee Mae Pabanua, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 28, 2021 11:48:54 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Documents to prove that the land property of USeP has been changed from Davao School of Arts and Trade. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The transfer of the name from Davao School of Arts and Trades (DSAT) to the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) is currently being work-out by the Office of Legal Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Administration.
