Thank you for your request dated May 02, 2023 10:39:44 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request: You asked for BOR Resolution No. 24 s. 2020, of which, you are referring to the approval of the restructuring of OPIA to IAD. Based on our records, BOR Resolution No. 24, s. 2020 refers to the approval of renaming the Knowledge Management Division (KMD) into the Systems and Data Management Division (SDMD). In this regard, we are providing you a copy of the BOR Resolution No. 67A, s.2019 regarding the approval of the Proposed Revision in the Organizational Structure of USeP which includes the breakup of the Office of the Public on International Affairs (OPIA) thereby creating the International Affairs Division (IAD) and Public Affairs Division (PAD).

Response to Request: Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the information you requested.
