Per your request, you asked for a copy of your for Notice of Dismissal dated February 3, 2020. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we would like to inform you this office is not allowed to release such information as it is considered a sensitive personal information. While we understand that the subject of the information you are requesting concerns you, we have to deny your request (through FOI portal) on the merit that you already found the copy of your Notice of Dismissal, based on the communication between you and the staff of the OSU-URO on February 17, 2020.
