I  would like to request for two (2) Certified True Copies of the following documents with regard to Contract Reference No. 8556445 for Procurement of Technical and Scientific Equipment 2022-2023:

1. Notice of Post Disqualification dated 17 May 2022
2. Denial of Aspen Motion for Reconsideration dated 18 May 2022, and
3. Resolution Denying the Aspen Protest dated 04 August 2022.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 22, 2022 02:11:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request: You asked for the following: 1) Notice of Post Disqualification dated 17 May 2022, 2) Denial of Aspen Motion for Reconsideration dated 18 May 2022, and 3) Resolution Denying the Aspen Protest dated 04 August 2022.

Response to Request: Your FOI request is approved. As per your conversation with FOI Receiving Officer Ms. Jamaica Lapayag, you may now claim the certified true copy of the documents at the University Records Office, USeP Obrero Campus (Main), Iñigo St., Davao City. However, the requested documents will be released only once payment for reproduction is already settled. We have coordinated via email regarding the fees and the payment process.

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST A REVIEW:  If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing through email to the University President, Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao at records@usep.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
