Thank you for your request dated Jul 20, 2022 05:37:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request: You asked for Documents related to Adlaw sa mga Bahandi Awards (2016).
Response to Request: Your FOI request is approved.
Based on OSU-URO records (from the minutes of meetings of the Administrative Council, Board of Finance Committee, and the Board itself), there are no records of approval regarding Best Faculty in Publication and Best Faculty in Citation.
The Office of the Secretary of the University - University Records Office (OSU-URO) has no records also of a memorandum released regarding the Call for Submission to these awards.
What we have, however, is the Board approval to increase the Cash Incentive for Awardees of Outstanding Faculty and Staff in the fields of Research and Extension from PhP 5,000 to PhP 25,000.00 per BOR Resolution No. 135, s.2016.
We hope that the Souvenir Program of the 38th USeP Founding Anniversary in 2016 may suffice your request. Refer to pages 18, 22, 32-36 (for the Award Guidelines). Please download through this link: https://bit.ly/FOI-USEP-553068943349
However, may we please reiterate our suggestion earlier to request the documentation about Adlaw sa mga Bahandi in 2016 at the OVP-RDE. Ms. Marj has been requested by this Office already to prepare the documentation.
