YOUR REQUEST: You asked for a List of DSAT High School Graduates for the year 1970. RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST: While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we cannot disclose the information you requested because names or lists of names are considered personal information which is protected by law, in particular, Rule II Section 5 (Special Cases) of the IRR of the Data Privacy Act. YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST A REVIEW: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to conduct an internal review of the response by emailing the University President, Dr. Lourdes C.
