My name is Danilo D. Gauce a graduate of DSAT high school 1970. We are trying to make a directory of our batch 1970. In doing so, we are requesting a list of names of our fellow classmates who graduated that year. There are few of us who can remember their names hopefully the lists will be easier for us to recall their names.  Our goal is to contact and locate them if possible because some them might need health or financial assistance. I retired from the USA for 30 years and back here in Davao City for good since 2016. My plan is to coordinate my batch to organize so we can be represented.

Thank you for your request dated 18 January 2023, 10:34 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

YOUR REQUEST: You asked for a List of DSAT High School Graduates for the year 1970.

RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST: While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we cannot disclose the information you requested because names or lists of names are considered personal information which is protected by law, in particular, Rule II Section 5 (Special Cases) of the IRR of the Data Privacy Act.

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST A REVIEW:  If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to conduct an internal review of the response by emailing the University President, Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao at records @ usep.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days of receiving your review request.
