Response to your request: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information you have requested is not within the scope of the Freedom of Information (FOI). However, you may wish to contact the University of Southeastern Philippines - Office of the University Registrar through this email registrar@usep.edu.ph to request the said student credentials. You can also contact the Registrar through this telephone No. (082) 227-8192 local 239, 240, and 352.

Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing through email to the University President, Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao at records@usep.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
