Hii good day! I just want to know if the email youve sent me (the date given) is my schedule for vaccine of the day to schedule my vaccine? Please get back to me ASAP because it was dated June 24 and that's tomorrow. Thank you

Thank you for your request dated Jun 23, 2022 09:12:10 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request- You asked for Covid 19 vax.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this request is still not yet allowed as per DOH guidelines. The following are eligible for the 2nd booster: 1). Healthcare workers 2). Senior Citizens 3). Immunocompromised individuals (e.i. HIV, bed ridden, state etc.) 

We will let you know if there is another guideline from DOH allowing those other individuals.
