While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we DENY your request because VMMC is a wrong agency because VMMC 
does not issue a Guarantee Letter. 

However, you may wish to contact  the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office directly. You may also reach them thru their website at pcso.gov.ph with contact numbers  (02)8706-6692. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing or email us at veteransmed@gmail.com.  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
