Dear Katrina Cheng,
Thank you for your request dated Jan 22, 2019 10:35:33 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for data on the following items:
a. annual test report for wastewater quality
b. output data on Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and suspended solids (SS)
Response to Request
Your FOI request has been partially approved. We have enclosed a copy of the 'Monthly Raw Sewerage Quality Monitoring Reports for CY 2017 to 2018' pertaining to item a of your request.
Please note that we are only able to provide information for item a only as figures relating to BOD and SS are not yet available since the proposed 4MLD Septage and Sewerage Treatment Plant (SSTP) is still under the procurement stage. As such, any premature disclosure of information might impede the progress of the procurement.
Please refer to the official response, which was signed by General Manager Leonardo Rey D. Vasquez, to your request.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee. You may email your review request to the ZCWD's official FOI email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
