Hello!
I would like to request correction of my first name in my vaccination record and certificate on vaxcertph. 
The website / vaxcert record for my name is set to MARIE ROSE as my first name but the correct name is MARIEROSE. I really need to change my first name asap because I have a scheduled to pass my documents.
