Hello there! I am Jose Gabriel L. Manuson, currently a fifth year BS Architecture student from the University of the Philippines Diliman. I am presently working on an undergraduate thesis on enhancing the city’s fishing and addressing the prevalent water hyacinth. In line with this, I humbly ask your good office for the specifications of the Harvester II.

You asked for the Specifications of Harvester II. 

Response to Request
1) Last October 24, 2019, we requested more information from your query to make sure that the information to be provided is relevant. (During the period of us awaiting for your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 16, 2020 07:30:09 AM, your request will be closed).

2) Last January 5, 2020, you have provided the information we have requested through my official email address; for the record, the following information was provided by the requester:

Requested information:
- overall dimensions 
- weight 
- design / operational speed 
- fuel consumption 
- water hyacinth capacity 
- user capacity 
- amenities and features 
- cost and other necessary charges/fees 

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the Specifications of Harvester 2, for your reference.

Your right to request a review 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Department Central Appeals and Review Committee, Department of Science and Technology, General Santos Avenue, Bicutan, Taguig City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within (15) calendar days from the date when you received this letter. The Committee will complete the review and tell you the result within thirty (30) calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
