Hi! In one of our research papers, we explore on the possible solutions to the invasive water hyacinths in Cardona, Rizal. According to research, my group has seen the Water Hyacinth Harvester launched by the DOST, as published in your page last February 16, 2012. It was considered a success especially in Taguig. We were wondering on how these helped local places, and also how this can help the residents in Cardona since these water hyacinths affect their livelihood fishing gravely.
