1. Status Local Youth Development Plan of the City/Province (Approved by Council, Approved by Local Chief Executive, For Finalization of Local Youth Development Council, Currently Drafting, No Action Taken) 
2. Copy of Local Youth Development Plan of the City/Province 
3. Registered youth organizations in their Local Youth Development Councils (In Excel Form) 
4. Directory with official contact person and contact details of their Local youth development officer, SK Federation President and SK Officials. (In Excel Form)
