Hi I am an Architecture Student from Technological Institute of the Philippines Manila I would like to request the Information of the following

1.Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Cebu City 
2.Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) for the proposed project OF Carbon Market this intend for my thesis proposal only
