Good day.

I'm Kenneth George C. Calimlim. Can I please request from your good office my NSTP Serial Number, because I need it as a school requirement for me to graduate this school year 2020-2021. I have taken the subject NSTP 11 Civic Welfare Training Services (CWTS) on 1st Semester of School Year 2010-2011 at Gen. Tinio Campus, school id #: 2010102697.

I tried cantacting the unversity registrar thru their email posted on their website, but i can't seem to reach them.

It is highly appreciated if you could provide it to me as soon as possible.

Response to Request

Your second FOI request with serial number #NEUST-244038863336 dated September 27, 2021, was already approved and marked successful on September 29, 2021. We would like to apologize since your first request was not accommodated due to some technical problems concerning internet connections.
