Hi, I would like to request a copy of the Transcript of Records, I am Rheymart D. Menor and I believe I have enrolled in your institution in 2009, however, due to financial deficiency, I wasn't able to pursue my career in your institution, more so, I have been told that even I did not graduate, I am also entitled to claim the copy of my Transcript of Records for my Employment Purposes.

I am rooting for a positive outcome of this request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office coordinated with the registrar. According to them, you need to personally go to the school for clearance and payment of your TOR requested.
