Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance,  this Office coordinated with the Office of Admission and the registrar told that you need to personally go to the NEUST General Tinio St. Campus to process your request. In case of losing your diploma, you need to provide an affidavit of lost and prepare a payment for it. For more information, please call the OAR using this cp number: 09310810023.
