Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 05, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office coordinates with the University Registrar. According to them, you need to personally report to school and accomplish your clearance  and make necessary payment for your TOR and authentication.
