I would like to request information on the peace talks with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) during the Estrada administration (1998-2000). 

A huge help would be transcripts on the meetings of the GRP-MILF peace panel to gain insights on the peace talks with the MILF under the Estrada administration.
