Good day! 

My name is  Arnold S. Torrano. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2010 at Dr.Juan  A. Pastor Memorial NHS. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of  my Good moral and COR 138 grade, as I have lost my original copy due to a tragic event.

Hope you can get back to me as soon as possible.
