I am writing to request documents related to the recidivism rate and program effectiveness for inmates in your facility. Specifically, I am interested in obtaining any data or reports that detail the success rates of rehabilitation programs and services offered to inmates, including educational programs, vocational training, and mental health services. This information will be used for academic research purposes only.
