Good day. 

I am inquiring on how my brother can avail a parole since he was serving more than 9 years. He is Walner A. Rozon with prison no.N216 P-0943. This is the only easiest way we can do since he was detained at Bilibid Muntilupa. We can't visit him due to lack of finances. Hope to hear your soonest response.
