I am writing to ask for updates on the estimated date of release of prisoner # N223P-1353 currently housed at the Medium Security Compound. 

I wrote to the Inmates Document Processing Division last May 15, 2023, but did not get any response, hence this request was routed through the FOI website. 

Hoping for a favorable response.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does recognize your request as a valid FOI request since it is already included in the services listed in the BuCor Citizen's Charter. However, you may wish to contact the BuCor PDL Documents and Processing Division (PDPD) at telephone numbers 8850-01-17, 8856-00-53 & 8478-72-30 or email them at bucornhq_idpd@gmail.com.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you for responding to my request.

However, I am wondering why similar requests made days/months prior to my request were responded to with actual updates from BuCor but my request was denied.

As I have mentioned in my request. I sent them an email but still haven't received a reply hence my decision to course my request through this portal.

Is this request offensive?
