Magandang araw po. Ako po si Cristom Lumaban na nakatira sa 352 A. Mabini St., Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan na may student no 2014123176 at nagenroll sa MSIT. Nagrrequest po ako ng documents via sa website niyo at binayadan ko din po pati na ang delivery fee/courier fee noong june 21, 2021 pero wala po sa aking nadeliver na documents. 

Heto po ang transaction reference number via linkbiz portal 19898515.

Sana po ay madeliver na po sa akin. salamat po.
