Hello! We are BS BIOLOGY students from CSU and we are currently conducting our thesis. We humbly request to acquire the following data:
The socio-demographic information, morbidity and mortality rate, as well as the occurrence in the municipalities/cities in the CARAGA region for the last 10 years (2012-2022) of the diseases that are listed below:
1. Pneumonia 
2. Dengue Fever
3. Urinary Tract Infection
4. Gastroenteritis
5. Sepsis Neonatorum
6. Hypertension/Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
7. Diarrhea
8. Measles 
9. Chronic Kidney Disease
10. Diabetes mellitus (Type 1 and Type2)
