Greetings!

I am Jayrhom R. Almonteros, an MSIT student and currently conducting thesis project. My study domain is on data mining and predictive analytics, focusing on BSIT graduates of the Caraga State University. With this, I am humbly requesting permission to acquire the Student Personal Record (SPR) together with the respective Entrance Examination Result of the BSIT graduates excluding their sensitive data, below is the link of my letter pertaining the detail of my request:

Please be notified that the request was submitted in hard copy to the President's Office on October 13, 2022, and that request was granted on said date. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Office of the President at op@carsu.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
