Good day! I am Rose S.Dela Merced requesting for a Certified True Copy of my ALS (Alternative Learning System) Diploma.
It happens that my copy were wet and some other files and documents as the house I live affected typhoon way back then. I graduated last 2014 in Bangued West High School in Abra and currently living here at brgy.Pimpinas Bucay Abra

Please be informed that the Department of Education - Central Office does not keep learners’ school records. You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion, Diploma, or other school records to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.
