Good day!
I have attended and completed my high school in Grinhar Academy and Montessori School located in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines from year 2022 to 2006. However, the school has closed down since 2008 and now, I am not sure where to get all my high school academic records. I am not certain as well if the school have submitted all our records to DepEd before seizing its operation.
Hoping for your kind assistance in this matter. Thank you in advance!

You asked for High School Diploma & Form 137.
Response to Request
Please be informed that the Department of Education-Central Office (DepEd-CO) does not keep learners’ school records. The original school records are issued once only, hence, you are advised to get certification from the school where you graduated and bring it to the Division Office for a certified copy. If you need this for your job application abroad, you need to bring the certification or school records to the Regional Office for authentication (DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2017 dated August 25, 2017).
For further assistance, you may directly coordinate with the Schools Division Office (SDO) which has jurisdiction over the school.
