ERMITA 06:55 PM, Apr 09, 2021

Hi! I would like to request updated information on the right Farmer Beneficiary in the DAR-LBP AOC 5 since we are the Right Farmer Beneficiary in the account of PONCIANO ERMITA SR. since the CARP implemented covering an area of 3.1415 hectares located in the Estate of Flora Arambulo Vda de Garcia situated in San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.

As per the request of Release of Real Estate Mortgage & Certificate of Full Payments they mentioned that they cannot issue such Certificate as it appears in the different farmers account on the Landholding covered.
