I would like to request for a list of Ongoing and upcoming research projects of  the following agencies:

Dear Ms. Perez, 

Thank you for your request dated October 12, 2022, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested the list of ongoing and upcoming research projects of the DOST-PCHRD and DOH. 

The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD), one of the sectoral councils of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is mandated to: (1) formulate policies, plans, programs, project, and strategies for health S&T development; (2) program and allocate government and external funds for research and development (R&D); (3) monitor R&D projects; and (4) generate external funds.

In regard to the upcoming projects funded by the Council, we regret to inform you that you need to resubmit your request due to insufficient information on the purpose of the request. Pursuant to the PCHRD FOI People’s Manual 2021, under Sec.6.1, “The request shall reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information.” Hence, the request for information shall be legitimate, specific, and clearly described.

I. Disaster Risk Reduction - Climate Change Adaptation
J. Mental Health
