I am Sheena Kyla V. Biaga, fifth year BS Architecture student from Adamson University. I would like to request for the following data:

1) Data on the proposed site in Tarlac and other possible site for the project
2) Standard space requirements for the proposed facility
3) Organizational Structure
4) Budget and feasibility study
5) Other information regarding the virology institute

Thank you for your request dated October 29, 2022, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested for the data of the following:

The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD), one of the sectoral councils of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is mandated to: (1) formulate policies, plans, programs, project, and strategies for health S&T development; (2) program and allocate government and external funds for research and development (R&D); (3) monitor R&D projects; and (4) generate external funds.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret that our office does not have the information you have requested. However, we referred your request to the Department of Science and Technology - Industrial Technology Development Institute (DOST-ITDI), the agency in-charge of Virology Institute of the Philippines, to assist you on your concern.
