Good Day,

I would like to request the pre-feasibility studies (PFS) of the recently approved Virology Institute of the Philippines Act. The PFS or any other material that describes the organizational structure, mission vision, space programming, with regards to its infrastructure, would highly be appreciated for the fulfillment of my project. Thank you!
