I would like to request for the following information regarding:

1. Statistical rates of persons diagnosed with depression/anxiety in each municipality/city in NCR

2. Statistical rates of persons diagnosed with depression/anxiety in each municipality/city in CALABARZON

5. Population of psychologists and nurses in NCR and CALABARZON

6. Top/main causes of mental health problems

7. Lists of facilities catering patients with depression/anxiety

- How many percent of the total number of persons with disability with mental health (depression)?
- What Gender and their age

Dear Ms. Magtoto, 

Thank you for your request dated February 25, 2023, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested for the data of the following:

1.) Statistical rate of persons diagnosed with depression/anxiety in each municipality/city in NCR.
2.) Statistical rate of persons diagnosed with depression/anxiety in each municipality/city in CALABARZON.
3.) Population of psychologists and nurses in NCR and CALABARZON.
4.) Top/main causes of mental health problems.
- How many percent of the total number of NCMH patients? What gender and their age?
5.) List of facilities catering patients with depression/anxiety.

The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD), one of the sectoral councils of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is mandated to: (1) formulate policies, plans, programs, project, and strategies for health S&T development; (2) program and allocate government and external funds for research and development (R&D); (3) monitor R&D projects; and (4) generate external funds.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret that our office does not have the information you have requested. However, we referred your request to the Department of Health (DOH).
