I am Vincent Malbas, Head of the Research Technical Committee of DOH RO XI.

I would like to respectfully ask for the terminal Report of the project "PNHRS National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA) 2017-2022: Preparation, Advocacy, Monitoring and Evaluation", which was a PCHRD-funded project in 2017 conducted by the external partner Alliance for Improving Health Outcomes (AIHO). 

Specifically, I would like to ask, in behalf of the DOH RO XI Research Committee, the group's Terminal Report (not the actual NUHRA 2017-2022 document).

Dear Mr. Malbas, 

Thank you for your request dated January 29, 2023, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested for the terminal report of the project “PNHRS  National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA) 2017-2022: Preparation, Advocacy, Monitoring and Evaluation”. 


The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD), one of the sectoral councils of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is mandated to: (1) formulate policies, plans, programs, project, and strategies for health S&T development; (2) program and allocate government and external funds for research and development (R&D); (3) monitor R&D projects; and (4) generate external funds.

With regards to your inquiry, we have attached the terminal report of the project “PNHRS  National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA) 2017-2022: Preparation, Advocacy, Monitoring and Evaluation”.
