I would like to request the dataset available regarding the latest National Health Literacy Survey without the respondent's identification or any implication of their identity (e.g. name) for the assessment of the prevalence of limited health literacy in NCR.

Dear Ms. Bercasio, 

Thank you for your request dated November 10, 2022, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested for the available dataset regarding the latest National Health Literacy Survey.

The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD), one of the sectoral councils of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is mandated to: (1) formulate policies, plans, programs, project, and strategies for health S&T development; (2) program and allocate government and external funds for research and development (R&D); (3) monitor R&D projects; and (4) generate external funds.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret that our office does not have the information you have requested. However, we referred your request to the Department of Health (DOH).
