While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we advise you to personally request your NSTP Serial Number to SLSU Office of University Registrar and look for Ms. April/Ms. Joy or contact them thru phone: (042) 540 – 4763 or 0947 589 5692.  Please ensure to prepare the following: 

Requirement:  Letter of Request of your current school 
Fee:  100 Pesos

Your right to request a review
