Your request You asked for Lrn no.uekishia Mae lopez. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the LRN or Learner Reference Number is a permanent twelve (12) digit number that can usually be found on the top portion of a student's report card. since you were requesting for personal information of the student, we advise you to personally request/inquire to SLSU Laboratory High School and look for Mr. Darryl Maranan or contact them thru phone: (042) 540 – 7576. If you were keeping the report card of Ms. Lopez, the LRN or Learner Reference Number can usually be found on the top portion of a student's report card. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to MS. AURORA L.
