I am Jonathan Villegas, a ROTC graduate from Southern Luzon State University-Judge Guillermo Eleazar year  2012. I would like to request a copy of the Special Order of my AFPSN from Headquarters 404th (Quezon) CDC, 4RCDG, Arescom, Camp. Guillermo Eleazar, Lucena City for the purpose of application for Army Reservist. Your response will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
