Good day!

I am Atty. Noel Alberto Omandap. My client, Mr. Jan Paul Omandap, has recently received a NTE from Okada Manila regarding his alleged involvement in filing the case "KMM KATIPUNAN VS TIGER RESORT LEISURE & ENT. INC" docketed as NCR-03-00918-21 (March 10, 2021). But the NTE did not furnish my client of a copy of the alleged complaint. May I request for a copy of such complaint for me to protect the rights of my client? Thanks
