1. Number of cases received pertaining to seafarer's money claims, number of cases resolved and if still pending, number of cases pending with the CA or the SC, as the case may be.

2. Average time within which a case is resolved.

Cases involving OFWs shall be decided within 90 calendar days after the filing of complaint (NLRC Rules of Procedure)
