Miranda 07:35 PM, Apr 04, 2021

I filed a case last Feb 8th under NLRC CASE NO. 02-00243-21 against my previous employer and haven’t heard anything from the our arbiter since then. Would just like to check if there’s a status already or I need to go to NLRC office to make a follow up. Thank you.

Dear Clarisse Abigail Miranda,

May we know who is your Labor Arbiter?

We apologize for this unfortunate event. The NLRC Main Office and NCR Arbitration Branch (including our Labor Arbiters and their staff) are currently adopting the alternative work arrangement due to the declaration of ECQ/MECQ; but we have our skeletal unit to address your concern.

For the meantime, you may call these NCR numbers and inquire on them:

Records and Docket Unit: 8543-7328
Complain Unit/SENA: 8781-7862
Public Assistance Center: 8781-7861

You may also email ncrab thru ncrabquery@gmail.com for you case follow-up.
We will also forward this matter through other ncr platforms upon providing your assigned Labor Arbiter and/or resumption of regular office transactions.

Respectfully,

Katherine Perez
